Fundraising - We really do need your help!
Fundraising has become an integral part of our day-to-day operation. Though we have a broad base of government funding to meet our mandate, a concerted fundraising effort is a necessity.
Our activities include a variety of events from Christmas gift-wrapping at Stone Road MAll in Guelph to our annual Tag Day and the very successful Auction/Dinner. These activities are coordinated through the Fundraising Committee which is continually looking for new members who like to create, participate in and help carry out new ideas. For all of these events we do need the help of volunteers. By volunteering, you would not only provide much needed help to Women in Crisis, but also permit you to meet and work with staff and other volunteers.
Only through these efforts can Women In Crisis achieve its goal of continued service and support to women and children in our community. |
